About This Project:

The National A. Philip Randolph Pullman Porter Museum, is a part of the National Park Service Pullman National Monument District. The museum pays tribute to some of the most influential African-American leaders in history:  A. Philip Randolph and the Pullman Porters that he organized into the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters union—the first Black labor union chartered in America. Join the “Friends of A. Philip Randolph” in support of an even grander tribute the the African American Railroad Employees by launching a Public Art initiative in Pullman, starting on the museum grounds.

All OF THE MONEY RAISED IN THIS CAMPAIGN  WILL PAY FOR     A PHOTO MURAL THAT WILL HELP TO ACCURATELY CONNECT AFRICAN AMERICANS TO PULLMAN'S HISTORY.

THE FIRST PHOTO MURAL WILL GO UP ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 104TH BETWEEN CORLISS AND MARYLAND AVE.    WE NEED YOUR PLEDGE ASAP TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
